Yiwu Hongtao Handbag Co., Ltd. is an OEM and ODM bag manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Our Custom Bag Products

We specialize in insulated cooler bags, tote bags, storage and organizer bags, backpacks, cosmetic bags, laundry bags and other sewn soft goods. Customers can customize the material, size, color, structure, packaging and logo application according to their market and project requirements.

In-House Manufacturing and Customization

Our manufacturing capabilities include four sewing production lines as well as in-house printing and embroidery workshops. We support screen printing, heat transfer printing and embroidery, making us suitable for projects that require new patterns, structural modifications and multiple decoration techniques.

From artwork and samples to material sourcing, production, inspection, packing and export documentation, our team provides a practical one-stop OEM/ODM service. The minimum order quantity starts from 100 pieces for selected designs, allowing customers to test new products before moving to repeat or large-volume orders.

Flexible Production Capacity

Our own factory has a monthly production capacity of up to 1.2 million pieces, supported by a partner supply network with an additional capacity of approximately 300,000 pieces per month. This flexible production model enables us to handle small trial orders, rapid reorders and large-volume programs.

Quality Control and Compliance Support

Quality control is carried out throughout material inspection, pre-production confirmation, in-line inspection and final inspection. Our latest Sedex/SMETA 4-Pillar audit documentation is available for qualified buyers. A previous BSCI audit report can also be provided for reference.

Based on the destination market and product construction, we can coordinate applicable third-party testing for requirements such as REACH, California Proposition 65 and CPSC.

Export Experience

Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We can provide commercial invoices, packing lists and other standard export documentation, and work with customers on shipping arrangements for samples, cartons and container orders.
